Appointment Information
All agents must complete NLG paperwork and return forms to the AHCP contracting team. Once submitted to AHCP, you will receive a link to online contracting. You, as the agent, must complete the online contracting yourself in order to get contracted.
How long does it take to get appointed?
Dependent upon completion of online contracting and background checks. Agents will be notified via email when their appointment has been completed.

Quoting and Submitting New Business
Agents can do so through the NLG agent back-office. Account information will become available after the appointment process is complete.
NLG Commission Information: Who processes commission?
AHCP processes NLG commissions internally. The agent must list AHCP as the General Agent of record on every application. Commission statements are stored in the eAgentCenter.
Commission Information
Policies with initial premium payments received by EOD Friday will have commissions paid the following Friday.
Earned commission cycle
Earned commission and renewals are processed once a month, the middle of the following month.
Advance option details, including interest
Nine-month advance, no interest, or an as-earned option. A one-time 3% admin fee will be charged on the gross advance amount.
