How to get appointed with Pan-American?
All agents must complete the appointment paperwork to become appointed.
How long does it take to get appointed?
Once the online contracting documents are submitted and AHCP has approved via our back office, appointment is processed in 24-72 hours.

Access available through carrier once the appointment process is complete.
How to Access a New Application
- Sign in on The Agent Portal.
- Click on Electronic Application.
- Select Writing Agent Number and Application Type/Product(Electronic Application with FireLight), then Select ‘Launch FireLight’, and click on “Application” to start a new application.
- Enter the ‘Jurisdiction’ (Applicant’s residence state) and ‘Product Type’.
- Name the Application.

Pan-American Commission Information
Who processes commission- AHCP or the carrier?
AHCP processes Pan-American commissions internally. Commission statements are stored in the Comissio.
Commission is paid as-earned once each month.
