Appointment Information

How to get appointed with Cigna Supplemental Benefits?

All agents must complete the appointment paperwork to become appointed.

How long does it take to get appointed?

It takes 10-14 business days after submitting your paperwork.

Adding Non-Resident Appointments

Agents should provide their non-resident license copies to AHCP with a request to add the appointment to their Cigna record.

Cigna Medicare Supplement Solutions^® Commission Information

Who processes commission- AHCP or the carrier?

AHCP processes Cigna Medicare Advantage commissions internally. Commission statements are stored in the Comissio.

Advance option details, including interest

Medicare Advantage: As Earned Only
Medicare Supplement: 3, 6, 9, 12 month advance options or as earned. All advance options will have a 3% Advance fee.

Commission Cycle

New Business Commissions (applicable to Medicare Supplement only)

Commissions are paid when a member’s premium is collected. New business commissions are processed weekly.

Earned commission cycle

Earned commission and renewals are processed once a month, the middle of the following month.
