Scope of Authorization (SOA) for ACA Plans Certification

This exciting enhancement to the Quotit platform was designed to compliment your client’s experience and address the new CMS regulations effective June 2023.

Quotit’s new SOA feature for ACA plans expands on our current offering for Medicare, giving your clients control over the topics and plans they want to discuss, creating transparency in sales discussions, and even helping agents and brokers adhere to the ever-changing regulatory environment.

For current Quotit customer, there is nothing you need to do to begin using this feature. Simply log in and select SOA in the contact record, click on product type to choose your desired product and then select all the authorizations you need.

For agents not using the Quotit platform for ACA sales, here is more information on the consumer consent requirement and template for your use.
