How to get appointed with Crum & Forster?

Agents that would like to be appointed with Crum & Forster should complete the new agent appointment document and return it to the AHCP Contracting Department.

Appointment Fees/Renewals

There is a $25 onboarding fee.

Carrier Back Office

Once agent appointment is complete they will receive their own enrollment link directly from Crum & Foster.

Crum & Forster Commission Information

Who processes commission- AHCP or the carrier?

AHCP processes agent commissions. All commissions are paid as earned.

Business submitted during the month will pay the beginning of the following month.
