How to get appointed with Humana?
All agents must complete the appointment paperwork to become appointed.
How long does it take to get appointed?
It takes 10-14 business days after submitting your paperwork.
Adding Non-Resident Appointments
Agents should provide their non-resident license copies to AHCP with a request to add the appointment to their Humana record.

- Go to https://www.humana.com/logon/
- Click on “Register your account”
- Click on “Agent/broker or agency” then click “Get Started”
- Complete all required fields
- Click “Submit

Log in to Humana Agent Portal
Click on “Medicare Agent Workbench/Fast App” on the bottom right.
Click on tab “Track Quotes and Applications”
Search by Quote ID, name, or Application ID
View your book of business
To view your book of business:
Log into Humana Agent Portal
Click on “Medicare Agent Workbench” on the bottom right
Click on tab “Issued Business”
Search by policy effective dates to view entire book of business
Humana Commission Information
Who processes commission, AHCP or the carrier?
AHCP processes the Humana commissions internally. Commission statements are stored in the eAgentCenter.
Earned commission cycle
Earned commission and renewals are processed once a month, the middle of the following month. Earnings for any business written or renewed during “month one” will be processed mid-month during “month two.”
