Processing Time
LifeSecure appointments take approx. 3-7 business days to process depending on the state. Agents will be notified via email when their appointment has been completed.
LifeSecure Carrier Back Office

LifeSecure Quoting and Submitting New Business
Once appointed a LifeSecure Agent Support team member will reach out and walk agents through the steps to navigate through their agent-portal.
This includes quoting, resources and tracking their business, etc. There is also a ‘chat’ feature on the LifeSecure website that agents can utilize, along with calling agent support when needed.
LifeSecure Client Management Tools
Access through LifeSecure Back Office. LifeSecure is rolling out an updated E-Signature for all of the client applications with a ‘text’ feature that is very easy to use. The process for client signatures includes: voice-authorization, wet-signature, electronic signature, email signature or the new, text signature feature.
LifeSecure Commission Information
Who processes commission- AHCP or the carrier?
AHCP processes LifeSecure commissions internally. Commission is paid as earned.
