How to get appointed with Lyric?

Any agents wanting to be appointed with Lyric should complete the new appointment form. Any questions can be directed to our AHCP contracting team by email or by calling (877) 228-8773

How long does it take to get appointed?

Appointment is active 24-48 hours after the request is processed.

 

Producer Portal

You can access the Lyric back office once AHCP has processed appointment request.

 

Lyric Commission Information

Who processes commission- AHCP or the carrier?

AHCP processes Lyric commissions internally. Commission statements are stored in the Comissio.

 

Commission Cycle

Earned Commission cycle

Business submitted during the month will pay the beginning of the following month. Commission is paid as earned.
