Appointment Information

How to get appointed with Wellabe

All agents must complete the appointment paperwork to become appointed.

How long does it take to get appointed?

It takes 10-14 business days after submitting your paperwork.

 Adding Non-Resident Appointments

Agents should provide their non-resident license copies to AHCP with a request to add the appointment to their Wellabe record.

How to register on the Wellabe carrier’s website

  1. Go to: https://mic.gomedico.com/login.aspx
  2. Click on “Agent Registration Form”
  3. Complete all required fields
  4. Click “Submit”

How do I submit new business?

Agents can submit new business by:

  1. Scan and email the application to applications@premiersmi.com
  2. Fax the application to 800-696-8312

Wellabe Commission Information

Who processes commission- AHCP or the carrier?

AHCP processes Wellabe commissions internally. Commission statements are stored in the Comissio.

Advance option details, including interest

6-month advances are available. A one-time 3% admin fee will be charged on the gross advance amount. Commissions are paid when a member’s premium is collected and posted by Wellabe. New business commissions are processed weekly.

Earned commission cycle

Earned commission and renewals are processed once a month, the middle of the following month.
