Any agents wanting to be appointed with WellCare should complete the new appointment form. Any questions can be directed to our AHCP contracting team by email or by calling (877) 228-8773
Processing Time
After the new appoint form is complete agent will receive information from the carrier in 24-48 hours. Once approved, the agent will receive a Personalized Non-Agent Assisted Enrollment URL.
Appointment Fees/Renewals
At this time there are no appointment fees.
Carrier Back Office
Once appointment is complete agent receives information from the carrier to access their back office. The online portal allows agents to check the status of applications, monitor their book of business, view commission statements, and communicate with WellCare directly.
WellCare Commission Information
Who processes commission- AHCP or the carrier?
AHCP processes WellCare commissions internally. Commission is paid as earned.
